    ANALYSIS

Monitoring in-game performance is an area of sports development that is rarely discussed. In order to develop an individual, analyzing in-game skills is a necessary part of program development. I attend games and review video of in-sport performance for evaluation and continued growth program development.

    FUEL

Proper nutrition will have a significant impact on results and in-sport performance. Education of how to maximize results with nutrition will be an essential element of this program.

    GIVING BACK

Like the Phoenix reborn, our program helps Dynamic Athletes become stronger, wiser versions of themselves, experiencing a renewed sense of self-worth and purpose in their lives, as well as within the community. Dynamic Athletes are committed to excellence in mind, body, and heart. We are leaders in the community and perform service projects throughout the year to help give back and grow our appreciation for what we have as well as the sacrifices of others.

    MINDSET

The mental approach to sports and life is a commonly neglected aspect of any performance development program. With Dynamic Athletes, it is a foundational pillar of our team members’ success. Guiding each athlete to find their peak mindset will offer the key to enhancing success.

    MOVEMENT

Beginning at age 12, student athletes should begin
    proper movement training including:

    -Sports-Specific Exercise Programming
    -Injury Prevention -Strength Training
    -Core Strengthening -Power Development
    -Speed -Agility -Flexibility
    -Postural Awareness -Address Muscle Imbalances
