Expert Sports Performance and Fitness Coaching
Dynamic Athletes is a program for serious young athletes looking to build a foundation for physical and mental excellence in both their sport and life. We only accept 30 team members at any one time, but the exclusive nature of our training allows for 100 percent individualized attention to each team member.
About Our TRAINING
Dynamic Athletes is a Sports Performance and Fitness Mentoring Program exclusively offered to student athletes (ages 12+) who reside in the towns of Scotch Plains and Fanwood.
Small Group Strength Training
The Dynamic Athletes Training Program emphasizes the individual. All team members are initially assessed on movement skills and a personalized Performance Development Plan is established for each participant.
The athletes perform strength and movement training sessions in a small group of 2 – 3 at a time. This allows me to watch each member for every repetition and provide personalized feedback.
Team Speed and Agility Training
The team will regularly train together outdoors to develop speed and agility specific to their sport. They will each have drills that are intended to enhance sport specific goals.

Meet your coach
I have over 17 years’ experience as a Strength and Conditioning / Performance Development Coach. I have owned a training facility in Morris County for 8 years working with athletes of many sports. In addition, I have collaborated with medical professionals assisting their patients as they are phasing out of rehabilitation programs and preparing to return to their sports. I have authored two books and have been published on several websites. My philosophy on training is quality over quantity. Teaching and coaching are a foundation of any program I have developed.
